| Another few hours thru a maze of interconnected freeways gets us to San Diego... the region between LA and San Diego seems to have become one long city. |
| Drive the 90 miles north of San Luis Obispo, you travel over what many consider to be the prettiest Hwy in America. Not fast, so allow time.
The last 60 twisty miles will bring you to the area known as Big Sur.
30 miles more you will pass the Big Sur Lighthouse and on into Carmel and Monterey. |
