CaliAutoFest – Madonna Meadows!

We have a 4-part CCCR Club event on Saturday August 10th. There will be a 9am breakfast at the Madonna Inn, 10am Car Show on the fairgrounds next door to Madonna Inn, Charity (Along comes Hope) and a VIP Option. 

Details:

On August 10th the CCCR will meet for a tasty breakfast in the dining room of the Madonna Inn. Our reservation is for 9am with the first 20 sitting together at a large table. After they are seated the remaining hungry Porsche tigers will sit where they can. Post breakfast you may want to attend the Cali Auto Fest taking place on the fairgrounds. We’ve been invited to participate by parking in the Porsche Corral prior to breakfast with the club race car and team of club drivers. The gates open at 8am. In order to do this you’ll need to buy a ticket, either general admission or an admission with your Porsche that allows a driver to park in the club corral where your Porsche will be safely protected from non-Porsche cars. You have the option of participating in the judging or not. If you have a passenger they will need a general admission ticket. Tyler Henry has given us a 25% discount on all tickets.

Description:

The Cali Auto Fest 2019 promises to provide true extravaganzas for the whole family. Some of California’s best classic, exotic, fast & collectible cars will come together at a venue that provides a festival style atmosphere. Joined by live attractions and talented music groups; SOUNDHOUSE & The Stagecoach Three. Guests will have a full day of entertainment. With many activities such as an Event raffle, wine tasting, a R/C track, competitive auto judging, bounce houses, Zoo-to-you, Mobile Dyno (2wd & AWD), and much more, to ensure an entire day of fun! And don’t forget about the Food Trucks, some of the best in the county.

VIP tickets are available to enter the VIP tent which includes all inclusive food, beer, wine, A/C, VIP bathrooms and more. Event raffle items from our sponsors with 100% of proceeds to benefit Along Comes Hope, a non-profit that helps children fighting cancer.

HOW TO REGISTER:
Go to their website, www.caliautofest.com. Tyler Henry arranged for us to get a 25% discount since we are having a Porsche corral and exhibiting our race car. When you go to “Purchase a Ticket”, look at the top of the form. Then enter PORSCHE in the promotion box and click “apply”. You only need to purchase the $35 admission ticket if you wish to park in the Porsche Corral with the option of participating in the judging. You may choice to park outside the area and enter with a general admission ticket for $5.00. All tickets for club members get the discount. Follow these directions when making your purchase:

4. Select your purchase
5. Follow the remaining directions
6. Your tickets will be in a pdf attached file sent to your email address.
7. Print the tickets.
