Drive N Dine to Cypress Ridge Golf Course!

How about a nice leisure drive through some of the most beautiful back county “Porsche Roads” in San Luis Obispo County? Navigate your own course. Take your time, at your own pace. No need to follow anyone. Enjoy the fresh air and the scenery.

We have the perfect gimmick rally for you. Just bring a full tank of fuel, a navigator, a county map (paper or digital) and a digital camera (cell phone or real deal). Sunglasses, a pen, and a note pad are optional but recommended. Depending on your navigation skills, the rally drive will traverse eighty to ninety miles. You may compete for first, second, and third prize, or just drive for the scenery and the fun.

We will meet at 8:00 a.m. in the parking lot closer to the gas pumps at San Luis Obispo Costco on Los Osos Valley Road. There, you will receive instructions for the gimmick rally. You will depart at your leisure, but we recommend you not dally for long.

The gimmick rally will terminate at the Cypress Ridge Golf Course on S. Halcyon Road on the Nipomo Mesa. You must arrive no later than 11:30 a.m. Members’ cars will be parked on the grass near the clubhouse for a picture-perfect Porsche car show.

Lunch, a gourmet hamburger buffet, will be open just for CCCR members starting at 11:30. a.m. If you wish not to participate in the gimmick rally, you may come for the lunch only, BUT, you still must come to Costco to register and get wristbands.

Lunch is $16.00. We will collect CASH at Costco. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. Upon payment, you will receive a wristband for each lunch purchased. Price at Cypress Ridge WITHOUT a wristband will be menu price plus tip.

No RSVP required. Show up at Costco with cash and your navigation skills!
